The polyacrylate fibres in UrgoClean are highly absorbent, forming a gel upon contact with exudate to ensure effective vertical absorption without lateral spread. It can absorb up to 1700 grams of exudate per square meter, matching the absorption capacity of hydrofiber and alginate dressings.
Available with a plastic probe which helps you to comfortably pack the dressings into the wound without using your fingers.
